We are a non profit sporting club who practice the sport of archery at our range at the foothills of Mt Keira.

The Club has been operating for in excess of 35 years, a lot of this time at its present location.

The Club facilities are available to its members 7 days a week.

We are one of the largest Clubs in NSW and average around 120 members each year.

We practice all forms of the sport Target, Field, Clout and Indoor and all bow types are in use by our Members. These include Compound, Recurve, Crossbow and longbow.

We are affiliated with the Archery Society of NSW and in turn with Archery Australia.

This allows our members to enjoy the challenge and camaraderie of shooting tournaments with other clubs throughout the Country.

Committees

The routine running affairs of the Club are handled by a 7 member Executive, which is voted into office at our Annual General Meeting each year. Other Committees are organised to assist with club events such as Tournaments, fundraising, etc.

Executive Committee

Being a member of the executive can be a rewarding way for you to maintain and improve both the facilities and the opportunities that are enjoyed by the general membership. No real special skills are needed, just a wish to get stuck in and have a go.

Fundraising Committee

From time to time a fundraising committee can be created to raise funds for specific purposes. Normal running costs of the Club are met by the following ways.
Membership fees
Club held Tournaments
Weekly raffles
Social events / nights
etc.

Tournament Committee

A tournament committee is formed each year to organise the running of the 2 tournaments which the Club hosts each year. Tournaments are open to entry from other archers from interstate as well as archers from other NSW Archery Clubs.

Tournaments provide archers the opportunity to test their skills against a wider cross section of the archery community and are also key social events on our calendar.
